A subscriber refers to any establishment (cafe, restaurant, or other venue equipped with MeNEW) that has completed the process of purchasing MeNEW's digital menu and is now utilizing it.
MeNEW's Services and Commitments Upon Signing the Contract:
-Free staff training to better present the product.
-Consultation on usage and digital menu engineering for improved performance. --Free updates and feature additions related to the purchased package throughout the contract duration.
Additional Services:
-Setting up and optimizing the system’s performance.
-Training on newly added features during the contract period.
-Conducting market research to improve product usage.
Handling Issues and Downtime: As with any software, problems may occur, and MeNEW will do its utmost to resolve issues as quickly as possible. The system is equipped with multiple backups to prevent downtime. However, disruptions caused by external infrastructure—such as server providers, Iranian internet, or global internet—are beyond MeNEW’s responsibility.
In the event of DDOS attacks or similar threats, MeNEW reserves the right to take any necessary action to protect its servers or comply with security measures directed by national authorities.
Responsibility for Software Use: The platform is provided as a tool for the subscriber’s use. MeNEW cannot continuously monitor or manage the content within, and its responsibility is limited to the technical provision of the platform. Subscribers are fully responsible for how the platform is used, as well as for the content uploaded. They must also safeguard their system credentials to prevent unauthorized menu changes or misuse.
Commercial Reputation: Subscribers must avoid actions that could harm the commercial reputation of MeNEW and the digital menu. Examples include:
-Not updating the menu or displaying prices that don’t match actual invoices.
-Deliberately preventing users from accessing the digital menu or defaming MeNEWin any way.
-Using the digital menu for purposes other than as a restaurant menu without MeNEW's prior consent.
Photos: Subscribers must avoid uploading misleading photos to the digital menu. Food images must be of the actual dish, high-quality, and detailed enough to provide clarity for restaurant customers. Additionally, subscribers agree that MeNEW may remove or modify food-related photos or content at its discretion.
Content: Subscribers must avoid uploading content or engaging in activities that violate the laws and regulations of the Islamic Republic of Iran. They are also prohibited from uploading:
-Inappropriate or offensive content.
-Content unrelated to the restaurant's menu.
-Irrelevant advertising content not associated with the restaurant.
Intellectual Property: Subscribers do not have any ownership over MeNEW’s inventions, patents, copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights. Furthermore, subscribers are prohibited from creating, using, or selling any product, design, or idea related to MeNEW for any purpose.
